Friends for years, Anna (grew up in a screen-printing, entrepreneurial fam) + Erica (coming from many generations of seamstresses) discovered their shared joy of creating + love of the tactile. After a few late night hopes and dreams conversations, Glas + Young was born.

"We are a progressive, colorful, fun-loving leather goods company + celebration is at our core. The handmade leather goods industry leans heavily masculine and neutral + we inherently break that mold. We love to celebrate women, champion other small businesses, fight for equal rights + create items that are as exciting to own as the person who carries them."

When they are not creating, Erica tells us "I love vintage shopping. I run a vintage booth at an antique shop here in Atlanta, and shopping on eBay is therapeutic for me. I love going to estate sales and I have an overflowing vintage glassware collection." + Anna says, "I do a lot of porch sitting! My favorite thing to do is have some friends over and sit on the porch, have a glass of wine and catch up. And of course, travel. I love a road trip or getting on a plane to anywhere. Planning a trip, experiencing a new place, learning about a new culture, all of it. It brings me the most joy!"
